Summer April 30th - October 31st US $600 Nightly
Winter November 1st - April 30th US $750 Nightly
Christmas and New Years Week US $1100 Nightly
For rentals of 2 or more weeks, contact owner for discounted rates

The villa can accomodate up to 8 people in 3 King-size beds and 1 Queen-size bed for the above rates. For an additional rate of $100 per night, 1-2 people can sleep on the Queen-size sleeper sofa in the media/family room. A 1/2 and /or full bath is available.

Reservation Deposit

In order to secure your reservation at Casa Paraiso a deposit of 50% of the entire rental will be required at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the first rental day.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. It will be returned within 30 days assuming no damages to the property.
